Anchor 's Quality Management System drives Anchor’s manufacturing processes. Associate involvement at all levels is key to 100% quality performance. Using PLEX, an interactive ERP system, all quality data is collected in real time. This system is also used for work instructions and training videos on performing quality checks as well as operator awareness.
