CMM Programmer The right candidate will possess: Four plus years experience in automotive inspection methods and equipment; Experience in PC-DMIS and LK-DMIS; Four plus years using Excel; Knowledge of Geometric Dimensional and Tolerance (GD&T) methods; Willing to work flexible schedule if required. Critical Parts Technicians The right candidates will possess: Minimum 3 years experience in die setup and operation of progressive presses with roll feeds (Range:150-600T). Minimum 5 years die making experience: In-press trouble shooting, blueprint reading & basic Tool Room machinery. Must own tools. Die Setter ***Sign On Bonus Up To $1000*** The ideal candidates will possess a minimum 3 years experience with progressive, transfer and single-hit dies, roll/air feeds and presses up to 2,000 tons. All shifts available (1st, 2nd and 3rd) Fabricator
Anchor is seeking an experienced candidate for 2nd & 3rd shift. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2 years experience with set-up/operation of fabricating/machining centers. Experience on Amada, press brake and laser a plus.
Manufacturing Quality Technician, 2nd & 3rd Shift
Ideal candidate will possess: at least 4 years of quality related work
experience; working knowledge of blue-print reading and GD&T; ability to
utilize micrometers, calipers, dial indicators, height gages, bore gages,
optical comparator, CMM Operation, Data Collectors, Production
Fixture/Gages; working
knowledge of Microsoft Office software and Windows, experience with SPC,
stamping and welding processes would be beneficial.
Press Operators/Die Setter Trainees
Great
advancement opportunities available for individuals with some manufacturing
experience. All shifts available (1st, 2nd and 3rd).
Quality Engineer, 1st & 3rd Shift
Ideal candidate will possess: four year technical degree and at least 3 years
experience in automotive industry manufacturing environment, or 5-8 years
quality engineering experience in automotive, stamping or assembly industries;
Working knowledge of GD&T; Working knowledge of Gage R&R and Measurement
Systems Analysis techniques; Must be familiar with automotive PPAP, APQP, SPC,
PFMEA requirements; Must be familiar with TS 16949 Quality System requirements
Tool & Die Maker The right candidate will possess a minimum of 5 years experience in the following: In press trouble shooting, Die protection, Preventative Maintenance, Continuous improvements on transfer, progressive and single hit dies. Must have own tools & be willing to work overtime and weekends as required.
